Kallyne's Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Damaged product
- Damage during transit
Please contact us at info@kallyne.com by sending photos of the product in order to receive approval and further instructions.
General Return Guidelines
- You have the right to return products within 10 days of receipt.
- The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once the issue has been confirmed, the refund will be issued to the IBAN provided by the customer. The Return Process requires prior communication with us; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
